Thank you SO much for getting my BirdReel up and running. Having received it for Christmas 2025, it was not holding a charge, so you sent me a new roof. It still would not charge and then the new cable that you sent me would NOT come out of the back - great video instructions, but it was just stuck. Thank you for sending the replacement perch so quickly. I reached out to the company after having terrible storms in our area. I haven't had my Bird Reel very long. Unknown to us a limb was knocked down which allowed a possum to jump on our feeder and break the perch. Everything is back to normal now and the birds are back in business 💕
